All products are under the guarantee of our company unless otherwise stated. Please check the product during delivery to ensure that the warranty conditions apply. When you see a damage, keep a record and do not get the product. Changes to the product, deformation of the product or deterioration of the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.
Product Return Conditions
You can return the product you have purchased in the same condition as you received it, within seven (7) days from the delivery date, without opening the packaging, destroying or damaging the product, or using the product. You can return the product with a petition that includes the product invoice and order number.
Open and check the packages you think were damaged during shipment in front of a representative of the company you received them from. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report with the cargo company. Please remember that you have accepted that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty fully after the product is received. Its packaging has not been opened, used, destroyed, etc. Returns of products in this form are not accepted. The customer is obliged to return the product in the same condition as when it was delivered to him and, if used, to compensate for the loss of commercial value of the product due to use. If the customer returns the product or withdraws from the purchase, the product price will be refunded within a minimum of five (5) and a maximum of thirty (30) days from the moment the returned product reaches us.
The product return fee to the credit card is paid by your bank within 2-6 weeks. During this period, our company does not have any savings. Tekbirsilver.com will not take the product back and will not refund the price if it detects any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing or use in the product and its packaging and if the product cannot be returned in the same condition it was delivered to the customer.
Shipping and all other expenses for products returned in accordance with the above conditions will be paid by the customer.
After the "Cancelled" warning appears regarding your order, the entire price is refunded to your credit card or the bank to which you made the transfer. Refunds made for installment sales are reflected as a positive balance on your credit card every month by your bank.
