Warranty Terms

All products are under our company's warranty unless otherwise stated. To ensure the warranty terms are valid, be sure to inspect the product upon delivery. If you notice any damage, file a report and do not accept the product. Any modifications to the product, deformation of the product, or alteration of the product's original design are not covered by the warranty.

Product Return Policy

You may return your purchased product within seven (7) days of delivery, in the same condition as you received it, without opening, damaging, or using the product. You can return the product with a written request, including the product invoice and order number.

Please open and inspect any packages you suspect were damaged during shipment in the presence of a representative of the company you received the product from. If the product is damaged in any way, please file a report with the courier company and do not accept the product. Please remember that upon receiving the product, you acknowledge that the courier company has fully fulfilled its duty. Returns of products that have been opened, used, damaged, etc. are not accepted. The customer is responsible for returning the product in the same condition as when it was delivered and, if used, for compensation for any loss of commercial value due to use. If the customer returns the product or cancels their purchase, the product price will be refunded within a minimum of five (5) and a maximum of thirty (30) days from the date the returned product is received by us.

Your bank will process the product refund to your credit card within 2-6 weeks. During this period, our company has no savings.

If tekbirsilver.com detects any opening, damage, breakage, damage, tearing, or use on the product or its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be accepted for return and the price will not be refunded.

Shipping and all other costs for returned products that meet the above conditions will be paid by the customer.

After your order is "Cancelled," the entire amount will be refunded to your credit card or the bank you used to make the transfer. Refunds for installment purchases will be credited to your credit card as a positive balance each month by your bank.
